Inspired by fine porcelain which was produced in Dresden, the Wilhelm Rittirsch Factory (and others) created their own line of “Dresden Art”. WR manufactured their porcelain figurines at their plant in Kups, Bavaria Germany between 1950-1974. Dresden Art is characterized by porcelain figures adorned with porcelain lace.
These beautiful figures of musician were supposedly inspired by the French design of the late 18th century. The set is in good condition, without chips, cracks and loss in lace.
