La buvette 54 French rustic vintage animal auto feeder drinker for cows goats pigs etc, fabricated in cast iron and heavy steel plate, the overflow mechanism is covered by another piece of cast iron with a locking pin and I can not get it open so I'm not sure if the mechanism for the overflow is still in this,its possible you could make a really cool water fountain or a sink for the house/garden or a lamp or many other options, maybe even a really unusual bird feeder drinker etc.
Dating from around the mid 20th century and built to last, there is obviously surface rust to all areas but I have cleaned it up lightly with a stiff brush, so I am sure it will clean up much better than the Photo`s depending on what project you want to use it for.
