I am delighted to offer this rare amazing unique double star of David wooden light fitting with turned small pilasters hanging by chains and a large wooden bowl lampshade to the bottom, it came from a synagogue that was being renovated in the South of France and made approx late 1960s early 70s.
As mentioned it is to be mounted near a wall or column and hung on the wooden frame with again the star of David showing in the woodwork,this can be seen in the photos, there is a large star of David with small lights e14 screw in very small bulbs similar to the size in a cooker hood to the top,then a row of carved finials hanging and fixed to the smaller star of David, then another row of finials below, to the center is a carved wooden bowl type shade with a large screw in type fitting for a larger bulb hanging on delicate chains.

Dimensions are 70 cms 28 inch wide at furthest points by 60 cms 24 inch in height.
For safe shipping purposes the fitting will be carefully taken apart in sections and will need to be put back together after arrival.

I see the wiring is good and working but as with all used lighting its probably best to have it checked out by a competent electrician or diy expert before use, I will also leave in the small bulbs around the top as reference for you so you can see the sizes in the future.
Apart from that shipping will be volumetric dimensions due to the size of this fantastic fitting but we have taken that into account when pricing it up.
As mentioned it is a rare and unique fitting that I have never seen before so its not a commercial light fitting found every day, its a treasure to be looked after and kept for the future, I love it and I hope you agree.
